Bookings for long weekends are subject to a different rate category. High Season rates also apply on: 27,28,29 July • 11,12 Aug • 13, 14 Oct. Peak Season rates also apply on : 6,7 Apr Additional dates can sometimes be announced by the Thai Government, but we will inform if that is the case.
There is a compulsory New Year's party charge of 1000 baht per person (children: 0-4 years old: free, 5-10 years old: 500 baht).
Extra bed charge is 1000 baht / night incl. American Breakfast. Children between 0 - 4 years sharing the bed with the parents stay free. If a baby cot is required it will be charged @ 500 baht incl. breakfast. Children between 5-10 years old will be charged 500 baht when sharing bed with the parents. Children over 10 will require an extra bed @ 1000 baht incl. breakfast.
Cancellations longer than 15 days before arrival date will not be charged. For cancellations within 15 days, or in case of "No-show", the entire deposit will be charged. For bookings during the peak season this period is 30 days.
